NCVA memberships are valid from November 1 to October 31. The system will reset each year on November 1. All current members will need to renew their memberships at that time. A full-season membership is $50 per person.
Anyone may register to become a member. To register on-line, a person must be 18 years or older. Members under 18 years of age and members of a junior division club must submit the completed and signed NCVA Membership Form to their club or the NCVA Office. A parent or guardian must also sign the form.
An NCVA membership is not valid until payment has been received and the information entered has been verified. We reserve the right to not grant membership to an individual. In such case, any information entered will be deleted.
You may also register through a paper method by downloading, completing and signing the NCVA Membership Form. Send the completed and signed form along with payment to the address listed on the form. There is a section for credit card information on the form.
Use the "Modify My Info" link. Update any information using the appropriate "Edit" link in each section. If you are not sure how to complete a field or which check-box to mark, leave the field blank or leave the defaulted value.
If you have submitted your Membership Form and payment to your club, team representative or the NCVA Office, do not re-enter the data on-line.
Once verification of your payment has been received, your record will be marked paid and verified. You will have full access to the site.
When entering data, you must enter all the required fields which are marked with an asterisk. The Username, Password and Confirm Password fields are not required. If left blank, the system will automatically generate a username and password for you. You can fill-in the optional fields at your discretion. Information is transferred to USA Volleyball during the season.
We are using a secure server as noted by the "https..." in the URL and the padlock icon on the bottom right of the browser of secure pages.
Once finished registering, you will be able to log-in and update personal information whenever a change is necessary. The system will send to you an e-mail. The e-mail will include your username and password as a reminder.

Club directors and team representatives (Adult Division league) can manage their players, teams and club information. They may also pay for players both individually and in batches.
Club directors may draft existing players to their club. For security reasons, they are not able to see contact or personal information besides birthdate. A player is not officially in the club or on a team until the Office verifies the information. Junior member Membership Forms must be completed and signed by both the participant and the parent or guardian. These forms must still be submitted with the club paperwork.
